BT wins Global Wholesale Carrier Excellence Award

BT has been named the winner of the Best Customer Service Award at this year's Global Wholesale Carrier Excellence Awards. The awards are organised by ATLANTIC-ACM, a leading telecommunications research consultancy which produces benchmarking, sizing and opportunity studies.

The 2008 Global Wholesale Carrier Excellence Awards were announced at the PTC ’08 conference, which took place at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa in Honolulu, Hawaii. The awards were based on hundreds of wholesale customer evaluations of global carriers for the 2008 edition of ATLANTIC-ACM’s Global Wholesale Carrier Report Card – the global wholesale industry’s principle benchmarking study.

This award follows hot on the heels of the Best Customer Care prize which was awarded to BT at the World Communication Awards in November, and confirms BT's unswerving focus on delivering customer service excellence.
