Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is one of the most dynamic marketplaces in the world. Eight CEE countries joined the European Union in 2004, and several more are scheduled to join in the coming years. For BT’s multinational customers this expanding EU represents an opportunity to grow their business. Labour costs make relocation attractive and viable, but the acceding countries also provide new markets for products and services. For our local CEE customers, EU expansion represents an opportunity to grow their core business outside their home market.

BT has operated in mainland Europe for more than 20 years and in Central Europe since the late 1990s. Today, our Central & Eastern European organisation serves 24 countries, from the Czech Republic in the west to the Russian Federation in the east, and Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan in the south. We work with over 400 enterprise customers across the region. 

BT offers an extensive service portfolio and one of Europe's largest IP-enabled networks. We aim to help customers reduce operational costs, future-proof their investment and drive new revenue opportunities. We provide traditional voice and data services and solutions as well as expertise in areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Mobility, Security and Outsourcing.
