World Economic Forum 2005 - Overview

At the start of 2005, the annual World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland provided a platform for more than 2,000 business leaders, politicians and campaigners to discuss the global agenda issues that can shape the world business environment and have far-reaching impact on world affairs.

As a member and partner company of the World Economic Forum, BT took its place among the delegates to lead on and debate key world issues throughout the five-day conference.

Taking responsibility for tough choices - BT partners with World Economic Forum - Annual Meeting 2005

The 2005 Annual Meeting programme focused on "Taking Responsibility for Tough Choices " and more than 150 sessions took place during the course of this five day event. About half of the sessions addressed the many aspects of the Global Agenda with the remaining sessions grouped under the topics of Business, Science and Technology and finally Values, Arts and Culture.
