Matt Bross is well known as a visionary and an innovator. He’s passionate about harnessing technology to help improve people’s lives and enable organisations to become more successful.

As BT Group CTO, Matt is responsible for technology strategy, vision and innovation across BT. He is the leading force behind BT’s 21st Century Network transformation program, and he heads up a global BT technology, research and development organisation that spans the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Matt has had a long and distinguished career in communications and innovation, including senior positions at ConTel, MasterCard and Williams. He is married, has five children, and is proud to have one of the coolest jobs on the planet.
