| BT becomes the world’s largest business-focused mobile service provider with the launch of BT Business Class Mobile |

BT has expanded its global mobility portfolio with the launch of BT Business Class Mobile services in Spain and Italy. This follows
agreements signed with Vodafone in each country, under which BT becomes a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) in Spain and a Service Provider in Italy. Both agreements focus wholly on business customers, making BT the largest multi-country business focused mobile service provider.
