BT’s Managed Mobile solution provides you with a Single Point of Contact for all mobile issues across all countries. This Single Point of Contact has three main components:
• Your Business Manager: responsible for managing the customer contract and the contracts between BT and the mobile operators. Your Business Manager will produce consolidated reports on service and billing, including spend analysis and cost saving recommendations.
• Your Customer Service Manager: responsible for the day-to-day management of your BT Managed Mobile service, the Customer Service Manager will also provide you with a dedicated escalation path.
• BT Managed Mobile Order Helpdesk. BT will provide you with a multilingual Order Desk, responsible for placing orders for new handsets, accessories or SIMs as well as replacements and cessations.
