BT’s Next Generation Contact Centre (NGCC) is a pre-packaged, “out-of-the-box,” multi-channel contact centre and / or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application  that can be seamlessly integrated into your existing call centre infrastructure. It is an enhancement of BT’s existing CRM portfolio, bundling the best features into a single, powerful centre, hosted by BT as either a dedicated service (OnNet) or a shared service (OnDemand).
