    BT will take responsibility for the supply, installation and maintenance of all Cisco CPE and network components as well as IP Telephony hardware, software and IP phones. Where applicable we will also supply and install LAN switches, Wireless LAN and firewalls.

    To ensure you receive the best possible voice quality, your voice traffic will be run across BT MPLS, a class-of-service enabled IP Virtual Private Network which ensures high-quality voice in an IP environment.
