International Voice
BT Wholesale Business manages the majority of retail international
traffic that originates from the UK. We ensure that these voice
calls are delivered at the highest quality and with greatest economic
efficiency. To achieve these aims the traffic is delivered over
a combination of correspondent links (both direct and transit) and
least cost routing capability. Most of our customer relationships
are of long standing; a tribute to the strength of our business practices.
In addition to the standard IDD based voice capability we offer
the full range of correspondent international voice services, from
ISDN call origination and termination to a growing number of routes,
through to products that support operator, collect and card calls.

Control & reporting
The aim of BT, to be the benchmark wholesale-provider, is further underlined by our extended quality control, maintenance management and reporting features.
In particular, the Answer Seizure Ratio (ASR), Answer to Bid Ratio (ABR) and the Post Dial Delay (PDD) are key indicators for measurement, reporting and benchmarking, as well as the support of the CLI. All this to ensure the optimal usage of the BT network, and yours.
Implementation
Implementation lead times and technical specifications will be defined on a project-basis. The main objective is to adapt to the customers' technical infrastructure and requirements. Service Level
Agreements and Escalation-paths will be defined and documented in the project as well.
